A video uploaded to social media TikTok recently went viral because the video shows a sedan trying to go against the road in traffic jams using strobe lights.. The driver with the civil license plate also used a strobe and siren as a signal to ask him to pass. However, at the same time there was a car passing from the direction he was going in the opposite direction. As a result, The sedan was forced to reverse because no vehicles around it wanted to give it space to pass. The incident occurred around the Garden City area, Buahbatu Canal Road, Bandung district.
"Even if it's really urgent that she gives birth or is sick, You can tell the vehicles around you (to provide a path), so you can be escorted by motorbike and given the way to the front,"wrote Asrie Dwi Lestari in the uploaded video.
The video uploaded by the account @asriedwiringan received various responses from netizens. Many people regret this incident because it will be very disturbing for other road users. Not only that, In the video, several people who were waiting in traffic were shouting at the car to reverse.
Head of Bandung Police Traffic Unit, Police Commissioner Rislam Harfia, I have seen the video and suspect that the vehicle does not have an original Bandung number plate. He admitted that he had shared the incident with his staff to immediately follow up on the incident.
Rislam also reminded again that the use of rotator lights must comply with the rules as regulated by the government in Article 59 sentence 1 Republic of Indonesia Law Number 22/2009 about LLAJ and Article 9 sentence 5 Republic of Indonesia Law Number 22/2009 about LLAJ. If you are found violating these rules, you will be subject to Article 287 sentence 4 Republic of Indonesia Law Number 22/2009 about LLAJ.
“Any person who drives a motorized vehicle on the road in violation of the provisions regarding the use or primary rights for motorized vehicles that use sound and light warning devices will be subject to a criminal offense with a maximum imprisonment of 1 month or a maximum fine of IDR 250,000,” write down those terms.
Wah, There's just something, Paradiva! even in a traffic jam or heavy traffic, We still have to obey the rules that have been set so that all road users remain safe when driving.
