The driver with the civil license plate also used a strobe and siren as a signal to ask him to pass. However, at the same time there was a car passing from the direction he was going in the opposite direction. As a result, The sedan was forced to reverse because no vehicles around it wanted to give it space to pass. The incident occurred around the Garden City area, Buahbatu Canal Road, Bandung district.
