The woman experienced this incident at a gas station in the Bintaro area, South Tangerang.
The woman who is also the video recorder said that she bought fuel for Rp 100.000, but by the officer only filled 9 liter. The woman was annoyed and angry, feeling that she had been cheated. Reason, according to him, Rp 100.000 can be used to purchase 13 liter of petrol.
"What's your name? Rizal? I'll write down your name! People fill up (gas) Rp 100.000 should be able to 13 liter, but you just fill it 9 liter. I'll make you viral, okay?!” expressed the woman's anger in the video.
Even though it has been proven to have committed fraud, However, the officer argued that this was the first time he had done this.
“Where's your boss?, How many cars have you cheated on??,” asked the woman earlier.

An account with the name @bayu Giri Santoso responded to the virality of this video. He said that fraud at gas stations is no longer an open secret and has been happening for a long time. "It's been a long time, sis… Poms who cheat like this get into cars,said Bayu's account.
Meanwhile, the @F38RI account seemed annoyed with the actions of the gas station officers. "Do all the lessons… if the work is honest...moreover, service must also be considered,” come F38RI.
Likewise with Eve's account 303 which supports the actions of customers recording videos because they were cheated by gas station officers.

Regarding this fraud, gas station operator 34.152.09, Pertamina Patra Niaga Sub Holding Commercial & PT Pertamina Trading (Persero) has imposed a sanction of dismissal on the member concerned.
Reporting from Liputan6.com, Tuesday, 21 December 2021, Acting Corporate Secretary Pertamina Patra Niaga Irto Ginting said, This sanction of dismissal is carried out after the operator concerned has been proven to have committed fraud when serving fuel filling to one of the gas station customers.
“Pertamina continues to be committed to ensuring the best service and all gas station operations run in accordance with applicable regulations,” Fraught, Tuesday (21/12/2021).
Irto also thanked Pertamina customers who had warned and made a report at the time of the incident. Pertamina will continue to evaluate and accept all reports provided by the public.
