PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) officially held the "Hyundai Homecoming Alert 2022" service, which will start on 27 April – 8 Mei 2022 to provide a more effective and special homecoming experience to Hyundai customers. In line with the company's commitment to always focus on the needs of its customers, Hyundai holds a service program consisting of the Hyundai Premium Lounge, 24-hours Roadside Assistance (RSA), Take Me Home, 24 Hours Mobile Service, 24- hours Mobile Charging, and Standby Workshop.
Through the Hyundai Premium Lounge service which was held on 27 April to 4 Mei 2022 di Rest Area KM.57 Cikampek, Loyal Hyundai customers can feel a moment of relaxation after traveling long distances with the facilities provided, namely a comfortable lounge, massage chair, children's play area, as well as free snacks and drinks.
Not only that, while relaxing in the room, Customers can also get maintenance and repair services for their favorite Hyundai cars, charging electric vehicles in EV areas charging and obtain services Before-Service for free.
Before-Service is an after-sales service which is also Hyundai's global standard where customers receive a thorough diagnosis of their vehicle to keep it in top condition.. The service consists of: Waterless car wash (only for car exterior), fogging disinfectant, multi inspection inspection, nitrogen/air filling, and free engine oil changes 2 liter.
If you encounter obstacles during the trip, Customers don't need to worry because Hyundai provides a "24H Roadside Assistance" service program (RSA)" on 28 April – 8 Mei 2022 to take the customer's car or towing service to the nearest official Hyundai repair shop located in various regions in Indonesia, except Ambon, Hammer, Gorontalo, Bangka, and Bengkulu. This service applies to all car models, even in-warranty and out-warranty customers.
Furthermore, there is a service program “Take Me Home” which is intended for customers who need emergency vehicle handling on the homecoming route in the Java area. This service can take customers to their homecoming destination with courtesy car and driver from Hyundai, according to unit availability. This program has been running since 28 April – 8 Mei 2022 applies specifically to customers in-warranty. Hyundai Take Me Home will be ready to serve customers in Cikampek, Bogor, Cirebon, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Malang.
For service 24 jam, Hyundai presents the program “24H Mobile Service” which will be available starting date 28 April – 8 Mei 2022 in several areas, among others, Jakarta, Cikampek, Bogor, Bandung, Nagrek, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya. This service, which is offered free of charge, applies to replacing spare tires, supply of petrol 5 liters for customers who run out of petrol, battery jumper, and repairing tires on electric cars. This service also provides free car repair visits.
For Hyundai electric car users, There is also a "24H Mobile Charging Service" program which offers charging services up to 30% of battery capacity using the fast charging method via Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) available in the Jakarta area, Bandung, and Surabaya for free.
To further optimize customer comfort during their homecoming journey, Hyundai also provides a “Standby Workshop”. Customers can carry out services through the "Bengkel Siaga" program which takes place on 29 April – 1 May and 4 – 8 Mei 2022 during dealer operating hours, and date 2-3 Mei 2022 at o'clock 13.00 – 16.30 WIB.
