PT Honda Prospect Motor officially held the Brio Slalom Challenge competition (BSC) 2022 in collaboration with the Indonesian Motorcycle Association (IMI). Brio Slalom Challenge 2022 is a driving skills competition that slalom lovers from community to professional can take part in.
in this competition, Participants are challenged to maneuver their Honda Brio through various tracks and obstacles to perform slalom attractions. Each participant who is able to record the fastest time in his class will emerge as the champion with a total prize of IDR 60.000.000.
Participants will be divided into two categories where the Community category will be attended by amateur peslalom, Honda Brio user who has never participated in a slalom championship professionally. Meanwhile, the Professional Class will be attended by slalom racers who already have experience, take part in slalom championships professionally. This competition event is open to the public from various circles where participants must use the second generation Honda Brio vehicle (CVT/MT) which is produced by PT Honda Prospect Motor.
As for Community classes, they will be categorized starting from; Fun Drive, Exciting Drive to Performance Drive while the Professional class is categorized starting from; On Fire Brio, Rockin' Brio and Super Brio.
Besides that, There is also a special category that is also being contested where participants are entitled to an additional prize of IDR 2.000.000 starting from; Babe Driver, The Most Consistency, The Most Accurate Time, The Stylish Finish hingga King of Brio (specifically for the community category) where participants are entitled to receive an additional prize of Rp 4.000.000.
BSC series circuit 2022 starting today, date 14 Mei 2022 takes place at Edutown Arena, BSD, South Tangerang. After that, it was followed in various other big cities such as the city of Bandung, Semarang and Surabaya.
The following are the procedures for the Brio Slalom Challenge (BSC) 2022:
1. This competition uses the BEST TIME system (National Peslalom) dan BRACKET TIME (Community) where in the first round a deciding time will be taken to be grouped into Bracket categories
2. National Slalom participants take the fastest time (Best Time).*(When BSC participants exceed capacity. National Peslalom only 1 Just heat it up.
3. Community participants may restart by registering again, to get the best, fastest travel time, when the participant restarts and obtains a longer time record than the initial one, then the time used is the last time taken (can't drop class for a longer time).
4. When the participant nudges or drops the cone, then the participant's time will receive an additional penalty of 5 seconds per cone and the time recorded will be entered into the class according to the travel time.
5. If deemed necessary, the race leader, with the permission of the race supervisor, can order the participants to repeat the start, if an error occurs in the time recording process, track disruption, Electrical interference for lighting goes out and participants are required to comply, disqualification sanctions.
6. The Committee's decision is absolute and cannot be contested by any party.
Previously, PT Honda Prospect Motor once held a similar event, namely the Brio Saturday Night Challenge in 2013 & 2019 each as much 3 series and 4 series in Jakarta and in other cities such as Bandung and Surabaya.
