To enjoy this service, Users simply open the LinkAja application, select the Tax Services menu (Tax Services), then place a service order and upload the file (such as STNK and KTP). After making payment, The documents will be picked up by a courier and then processed at the Samsat office and there is a delivery process to the user's address. This service also provides a document tracking feature to make it easier for users to know the status of their document processing.
