Otodiva – FIFASTRA, financing services from PT Federal International Finance (FIF), recorded positive performance in the distribution of bicycle financing Honda motorbike during January-May 2024. Total financing reached IDR 12 trillion, naik 4,1% from the previous year which recorded IDR 11.5 trillion.
This new record reflects FIFASTRA's commitment to supporting Honda motorbike financing in Indonesia. The number of units funded has also increased, reach 703 thousand units in the same period, naik 3% compared with 683 thousand units the previous year. This shows FIFASTRA's dedication in supporting the automotive sector, especially in the two-wheeled segment.
Daniel Hartono, Director of PT FIF, expressed appreciation to customers and partners for this achievement. “Our commitment is to provide the best financing services for customers. This growth reflects our dedication in supporting the automotive sector,” Daniel said.
This growth also supports FIF's total performance, with a total value of financing distribution reaching IDR 18.3 trillion, grow 2,6% compared to the previous year. Unit bookings also grew 0,9% become 1,31 million units.
FIF also actively supports the use of electric vehicles by financing Honda electric motorbikes. “We are committed to green financing to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2050,” Daniel said.
Apart from FIFASTRA, FIF has other financing services such as DANASTRA, SPECTRUM, FAITHFUL, and AMITRA. DANASTRA experienced growth in financing distribution even though the number of unit bookings experienced a decline. AMITRA also recorded growth in the value of financing distribution and unit bookings for sharia services.
FIF also shows its commitment to sustainability by supporting the SDGs through green financing and other initiatives. They have succeeded in channeling financing facilities to sectors such as women, disability, and MSMEs.
