Otodiva.id – Prestigious annual running event, wondr Jakarta Running Fest 2024, was successfully held on 12 and 13 October at Istora Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno Complex. PT Crete Indo Artha (KIA), part of the Indomobil Group, acts as the Official Car for this event, by providing Kia's flagship electric vehicle, namely the EV6 GT-Line and EV9 GT-Line, to support the smooth running of the event.
In this competition, The Kia EV6 GT-Line served as the Race Clock Car for the Jakarta Half Marathon and Le Minerale Marathon categories, while the EV9 GT-Line is used as a VIP Shuttle Car for elite runners. The presence of this electric car is in line with the event's commitment to environmental sustainability, providing a pollution-free running experience for participants.
The EV6 GT-Line offers a capacity battery 77,4 kWh with a range of up to 506 kilometers per charge. This car is equipped with advanced features such as a Wide Sunroof, Meridian premium audio system, dan Remote Smart Parking Assist, as well as the Vehicle to Load feature (V2L) which allows the use of the car's power for other electronic devices.
Meanwhile, The EV9 GT-Line comes with a futuristic design and a spacious cabin that can accommodate up to six passengers. Equipped with comfort features such as chairs for relaxation, Dual Panoramic Sunroof, and a 14-speaker Meridian sound system, This car has a battery 99,8 kWh which can cover a distance of up to 497 kilometers per full charge.
Wondr Jakarta Running Fest 2024 organized by PT Grup Lari Anak Bangsa (CLUB) and is an international running competition event consisting of five categories: Taro Junior Dash, wondr 5K, Electrum 10K, Jakarta Half Marathon, in Le Minerale Marathon. This event promotes inclusivity with the spirit of #StepTogether and is the first in Indonesia with the concept of carbon neutrality.
This running competition was successful in attracting more than 16.000 participants from home and abroad, making it one of the most inclusive and sustainable running events. Kia's participation with its electric vehicles shows support for environmentally friendly events.
KIA's participation in the Jakarta Running Fest wonder 2024 also confirms the company's commitment to sustainable mobility, in line with the global trend in the use of electric vehicles to reduce carbon emissions.
