Otodiva.id – Cititrans Busline, which was officially launched in April 2024, received a positive response from the public, with thousands of journeys that have been traveled. Respond to customer enthusiasm, Cititrans added a new fleet to serve additional routes such as Bandung-Malang, Malang-Yogyakarta, and Jakarta-Solo-Wonogiri. At the moment, Cititrans has operated six routes with Inter-City Inter-Provincial mobility standards (CAP) which prioritizes comfort.
Cititrans provides a seamless travel experience through applications and websites, makes it easier for customers to order tickets, choose meal service, rearrange schedule, or make a refund. The company is also committed to maintaining punctuality and limiting the number of fleet stops to ensure travel comfort.
In an effort to improve service, Cititrans developed the two classes offered. Suites class, which offers an experience equivalent to an airplane's business class, now equipped with a private compartment, more legroom, electric reclining seat, wireless charging, as well as video/Audio on Demand facilities. Meanwhile, the Super Executive class offers more comfortable seats, leg rest, reclining seat to the back row, dan dual charging port USB A & C.
Besides that, Cititrans also expanded the toilet area to increase travel comfort. Andrew Arristianto, President Director of Cititrans, expressed appreciation for the positive response from customers and emphasized the company's commitment to continuing to improve service quality. The addition of new fleets and routes is part of Cititrans' efforts to strengthen connectivity between cities in Indonesia.
Cititrans also provides other superior facilities such as WiFi on Board, blanket, pillow, noodle cup, coffee, teh, and eat for free. User safety and security always comes first, with CCTV in each fleet and drivers who change at certain points to maintain passenger comfort and safety.
Cititrans Busline also pays attention to sustainability aspects, with a fleet equipped with Euro emission standard engines 4 which is more environmentally friendly. This engine has emissions 30% lower than Euro engines 3, which also supports efforts to reduce the company's carbon footprint, in line with the Bluebird Sustainability Vision on the BlueSky agenda.
Cititrans Busline also views the year-end holidays as an important moment for customers, and hopes to become the main choice for trips with family and friends. By prioritizing comfort, security, and sustainability, Cititrans offers prices starting from IDR 200,000 for Super Executive class and IDR 350,000 for Suites class.
