The newest feature is voice command. This feature functions when accessing and searching for information about Toyota in the m-Toyota application. In the previous feature, TARRA can only be used via chat, where we have to type it to get the information we want. Apart from via the mobile app, TARRA can also be accessed via Facebook messenger, LINE, Whatsapp, and the web.

This voice command feature can be used with Android or iOS systems. The way to use it is that you only have to download the m-TOYOTA application, if it has been downloaded on your smartphone, You can directly open the application. Then, click on the TARRA logo found on the main page of the m-TOYOTA application. After that, start a conversation by calling “Hi, TARRA” or “Hello TARRA” or “Menu”. Then TARRA will show the main menu of the application. Or you can also give voice commands if you want to get information. For, TARRA will answer your questions directly via voice and text. Sophisticated, TARRA can understand questions from users even if they use regional languages, as long as it stays in Indonesian.
