PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) officially presents the "Hyundai Happy Healthy Eid" service program, which will take place from 5-16 Mei 2021, to welcome and celebrate Eid al-Fitr.
In line with the company's commitment to provide the best service for customers, especially during the month of Ramadan, Hyundai initiated a service program consisting of Sterilization Maintenance Services (Sterilization Care Service), free antigen test, and the Hyundai Remain Open program during Eid al-Fitr.

Therefore, in line with welcoming and celebrating the Eid al-Fitr holiday, "Hyundai is also holding this program so that customers can continue to maintain their cars during the Eid holidays."
Through the Sterilization Care Service, Loyal Hyundai customers don't need to worry about the cleanliness and sterilization of their vehicles. This vehicle disinfection program can be easily obtained by customers who carry out the service process at all authorized Hyundai workshops starting from this period 5-16 May 2021.
Besides that, customers who carry out service starting date 1 March-May 16 2021 All authorized Hyundai workshops can carry out antigen tests for free (the number of test slots is limited).
To enjoy this service, Customers must first make a reservation via the website (www.hyundai.com/id/id) by uploading personal identity in the form of KTP and STNK, as well as service invoices, Where 1 STNK is valid for 2 people. Customers who have made a reservation can choose the time for the antigen test at: 11, 12, 15, and 16 Mei 2021 and the location where the antigen test was carried out.
The antigen locations are spread across three cities, namely Jakarta, which can be done at Hyundai Simprug, Hyundai Kalimalang, Hyundai Pancoran and Hyundai Kebon Jeruk; in Bandung, can be done at Hyundai Soekarno Hatta; as well as in Surabaya, to be precise at the Hyundai Wiyung dealer.
Hyundai also provides the “Hyundai Remains Open” service. Customers can carry out service through the "Hyundai Remains Open" program which takes place on date 12, 15 and 16 Mei 2021 during regular working hours, and date 13-14 Mei 2021 at o'clock 13.00 – 17.00 WIB.
This program, take place in 5 region, consisting of Jakarta, namely at Hyundai Simprug, Hyundai Kalimalang, Hyundai Cibubur, Hyundai Pancoran, and Hyundai Kebon Jeruk. Bandung, namely at Hyundai Soekarno Hatta. Semarang, at Hyundai Puri Anjasmoro. Yogyakarta, namely in Hyundai Adisucipto, and in Surabaya, namely Hyundai Wiyung.
Other service programs include “24H Roadside Assistance (Towing)“ to take the customer's car to the nearest official Hyundai dealer located throughout Indonesia, and “24H Mobile Service & Charging Service” which will be available from date 12-16 Mei 2021, and operates for 24 Jam.
The service offered for this program is 24H Mobile Service specifically for the Jakarta area, Bandung, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya , as well as 24H Mobile Charging Service in the Jakarta area , Bandung, and Surabaya.
To provide convenience for customers, they can make reservations directly at the Hyundai Call Center at 0-800-1-878- 878 which operates during 24 jam (toll free). The Hyundai team will then arrange a schedule for all customers for the service options provided by Hyundai.
