OTODIVA — At the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024, Wuling for the first time introducing its newest electric vehicle, Cloud EV, to the public. This mid-range electric hatchback model looks dynamic and agile on the outside. The interior of an electric car gives an elegant impression with ease of movement and the use of high quality materials in all parts. The first appearance of Cloud EV can be witnessed directly by visitors at the IIMS event 2024 at JIEXPO Kemayoran.
"We are presenting Cloud EV for the first time as a form of electric vehicle innovation that complements Wuling's EV segment choices, after Air ev and BinguoEV. Medium hatchback electric car that can cover long distances 460 km to 505 This km offers an elegant exterior and interior and provides more comfort, and combined with environmentally friendly mobility solutions. This combination certainly takes the EV experience to a higher level,” explained Danang Wiratmoko as Product Planning for Wuling Motors.
Besides that, Cloud EV applies aerodynamic design. This electric car is equipped with a multifunctional rearview mirror and hidden induction door handles that give the doors an elegant appearance. This mid-sized electric hatchback is equipped with sized aluminum wheels 18 inches with a design inspired by a Ferris wheel. The rear of the car has a modern look with horizontal LED position lights and LED rear lights with high brake lights and integrated antenna.
Cloud EV carries the concept of 'Home Life Space' in the cabin with spacious space and a feeling of maximum comfort like at home in every corner. The comfortable and soft impression is highlighted by the Italian Bubble Sofa Style bench design which can be electrically adjusted in six directions in the driver's seat and in four directions in the front passenger seat.. Quality premium materials also add a classy impression to the cabin space that lines the dashboard, armrest on the door trim, to the center console. Don't forget that the leather layer also covers the steering wheel which is decorated with various function operation buttons.
It adds a modern and classy impression, Wuling Cloud EV is equipped with two large screens on the dashboard. The driver can monitor all vehicle information via the screen 8.8 Inch Multi Information Display. Besides that, The control center for advanced features and entertainment is also integrated on the head unit screen 15.6 Inch LED Central Control Screen in the middle. Both screens have high resolution to maximize visuals for Cloud EV users.
To support capacity, Cloud EV offers spacious cabin space 18 storage compartment. Not only that, Luggage storage is also supported by deep sunk luggage with a volume of up to 606 liter. If you need more luggage space, users can fold the rear bench flat to get maximum volume 1.707 liter.
The unique thing about the Cloud EV interior is Sofa Mode which adds comfort to the cabin. This function is operated by reclining the first row of seats to the maximum and then reclining the rear seats to 135° so that the whole seat resembles a long, comfortable sofa.. Sofa Mode can be used while resting while traveling.
