Otodiva – Wuling Motors (Wuling) received an award as an environmentally friendly vehicle manufacturer at the Green Economy Award event held by detikcom last evening (30/7). This award is given to appreciate corporate programs and initiatives, institution, and organizations that have high concern for the environment, social, and governance (ESG). This recognition was given to Wuling as a form of appreciation for its commitment and dedication in providing environmentally friendly vehicles for consumers in Indonesia.

Wuling started its journey as an environmentally friendly vehicle manufacturer in August 2022 by launching its first electric vehicle, Air ev. This compact electric car offers various conveniences for drivers, including ease of use, charging that can be done at home and at Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU), as well as affordable ownership costs. Since its launch, Wuling Air ev is increasingly widely known and recognized as an affordable, environmentally friendly mobility solution, with sales of more than 14.676 units from August 2022 until June 2024.
At the end of the year 2023, December to be exact, Wuling launches its second electric car, BinguoEV. This hatchback-style electric car carries the spirit of 'Drive Electric, Be The Icon’, enabling each user to become an icon in the change towards sustainable mobility. BinguoEV is marketed with two range options, 333 kilometers and 410 kilometer, as well as three attractive color options. Until the first semester 2024, BinguoEV has recorded sales hits 5.008 unit.
In May 2024, Wuling introduces its third electric car, Cloud EV. With medium hatchback construction, Cloud EV menawarkan kenyamanan berkelas dan disebut sebagai “Driving The Future of Comfort”. This car prioritizes comfort and tranquility with elegant styling combined with driving innovation and advanced safety features to maximize the driving experience. Cloud EV has range 460 kilometers and has sold as much 1.547 units from launch to June 2024.
The three Wuling electric cars, known as Wuling EV ABC Stories (Air ev, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV), has made Wuling the No. 1 EV brand. 1 in Indonesia with market share 52% from January to June 2024. Wuling EV ABC Stories is produced at the Wuling factory in Cikarang, West Java, with the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) reach 40%, so you are entitled to a Value Added Tax incentive (PPN) from the government.
