Otodiva.id – Wuling Motors (Wuling) recently held a creative campaign entitled Wuling BinguoEV ‘Be The Icon’ on 6 until 9 November 2024. This campaign is designed to inspire modern women to express their uniqueness and individuality, by using BinguoEV as a symbol of an urban lifestyle full of innovation.
The campaign started with an event Binguo Dream Wheels on 6 until 8 November. This event takes the form of a BinguoEV car convoy touring the city of Jakarta, via popular routes such as Blok M and Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK). This convoy also featured a large bus decorated with heart-shaped balloon decorations reading “Be The Icon,” creates a cheerful atmosphere and attracts people's attention.
The buses in this convoy are also equipped with the typical BinguoEV design, includes an interactive QR code, which allows the public to participate in the campaign and get to know BinguoEV as an iconic electric vehicle. This attractive decoration and design creates a pleasant experience for visitors who see it.
The highlight of this campaign was the exhibition held on 9 November 2024 in Batavia PIK. The exhibition features various entertainment, like a live musical performance with cello, violin, and singers, which creates a romantic atmosphere. Besides that, visitors are also pampered Feast of Beauty, a collection of limited edition accessories and beauty products as exclusive gifts.
In addition, There is a photo area decorated with heart-shaped balloons, providing an opportunity for visitors to take photos and celebrate the moment. At this exhibition, Wuling also exhibited three BinguoEV units, including one unit that has been personalized in shades of pink, adding to the uniqueness of the event.
According to Liu Yan, Marketing Director Wuling Motors, This campaign aims to invite women to dare to appear authentic and express themselves through vehicles that are not only environmentally friendly, but also reflects individuality and modern lifestyle. BinguoEV is not just an electric vehicle, but also a symbol of freedom of expression for women who want to be different.
BinguoEV itself is a hatchback electric car produced in Indonesia with domestic components (TKDN) as big 47,5%. This vehicle comes with a compact and proportional design that optimizes space and comfort. The exterior of BinguoEV features an elegant and timeless design, with features such as the X-Shaped LED Headlamp, Diamond Shaped Grille, and Impressive Two-Tone Body Color which adds a modern and stylish impression.
On the back, BinguoEV is equipped with X-Shaped LED Tail Lights and Streamline Ducktail which provide a distinctive modern design touch. The overall design of the BinguoEV reflects a balance between style and efficiency, making it a suitable vehicle for an urban lifestyle.
In terms of performance, BinguoEV is powered by an electric motor with power 50 kWh which is able to provide power through a Single Reduction Gear transmission to the rear wheels. The Long Range type is equipped with a lithium ferro-phosphate battery (LFP) capacity 31,9 kWh, which can cover distances up to 333 kilometer. Meanwhile, The Premium Range type has a battery capacity 37,9 kWh, allows mileage of up to 410 kilometer.
BinguoEV is also equipped with advanced features and environmentally friendly technology, making it an ideal choice for consumers who want green mobility without sacrificing style and comfort. With all these advantages, Wuling hopes to continue to strengthen its position in the Indonesian automotive market while inspiring more women to dare to show their uniqueness.
