OtoDiva.id — In an effort to provide a pleasant experience for the community during the Eid al-Fitr homecoming period 2024, especially to customers and loyal customers under its business units, Astra Group presents Astra Siaga Eid 2024. It is estimated that there is 193 million people will be going home for Eid this year.
Don't be half-hearted, Astra Group provides 299 standby workshop and 800 technicians along the Java Island route, Bali, to Sumatra which will take place from 5 until April 14 2024. Astra Eid Alert Kick Off Activities 2024 held at Catur Dharma Hall, Astra Tower, Jakarta, on 1 April 2024. This event was attended by Astra President Director Djony Bunarto Tjondro and Astra Directors.
Carrying the theme "Safe Homecoming, Fluent, and Comfortable with the Presence of Astra Alert Services,”, Astra Prepares for Eid 2024 is a concrete manifestation of the Astra Group in supporting the smooth running of Eid homecoming activities so that customers' journeys are safe, fluent, and comfortable.
"This year we are providing alert posts spread along the homecoming route to Java Island, Bali to Sumatra with 600 four-wheel technician and 205 two-wheeled mechanic on standby, among them in Tebing Tinggi, Palembang, Lampung, Curiosity, Cikampek, Purbaleunyi, Cipali, Leftovers, Brebes, Salatiga, Jombang, Probolinggo, and Tabanan," said Astra Director Johannes Loman at a press conference held at the Astra Tower.
This year, Astra Prepares for Eid 2024 also added 130 Astra standby workshop for four wheels, and 169 for two-wheelers spread throughout Indonesia and still operating within normal working hours during the Eid holiday, so that travelers' vehicles continue to receive the best care during the Eid homecoming holiday.
Besides that, 61 Standby Guard 24 clock and 66 Emergency Roadside Assistance will participate in providing emergency assistance to travelers. On the same occasion, Astra Siaga Eid this year also prepared a fleet of emergency services on the road for homecoming travelers, which is strengthened by the Astra Insurance Alert Guard Fleet and the AstraWorld Emergency Roadside Assistance Fleet for four-wheeled vehicles.

Besides that, At the Astra Alert Post, travelers can stop by to carry out vehicle checks in the form of light servicing and use the facilities available at the Astra Rest Post, such as food and soft drinks, as well as use of the free wifi network.
